Top International Court Issues Arrest Warrants for Russian Officials Over Attacks in Ukraine

The Hague-based International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued arrest warrants for Russia’s former defence minister, Sergei Shoigu, and General Valery Gerasimov over attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine.
