Top Michelin-starred chef, Chris Cleghorn, from The Olive Tree in Bath, shares his favorite budget-friendly meals in Somerset and Wiltshire.

When asked about his go-to cheap eat to cook at home, Chris recommends a delicious salad with chicken rolled in corn flakes, goats cheese, pear, hazelnuts, roasted broccoli, gem lettuce, and mustard and honey dressing. He also shares his recipe for the honey and mustard dressing.
