Update on Pacific Pipeline Company’s Line 324/325 Operations: Pipeline Restoration and Repair Progress by End of 2024

Sable Offshore Corp’s subsidiary, Pacific Pipeline Company (PPC), is making significant progress in the restoration and repair of Line 324/325, which has been shut down since 2015. Following a Consent Decree signed in 2020, PPC has been working diligently to bring the pipeline back to ‘as-new’ condition.

Currently, PPC has repaired or is in the process of repairing around 100 out of 150 Threshold anomalies in the 124-mile pipeline. With over 30 union crews working on the repairs, the company aims to restart the pipeline by the end of 2024. The repair work is being conducted in compliance with the stringent requirements of the Consent Decree.

However, the California Coastal Commission has requested additional information from PPC regarding the repair work. PPC is actively engaging with the commission to address these requests. Crews have been temporarily moved out of the Coastal Zone to continue repairs in other areas of the pipeline complex.

The restart of Line 324/325 is expected by the end of 2024, pending the completion of repairs, maintenance, and a full hydrotest to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Overall, PPC is committed to restoring the pipeline to full operation while adhering to all necessary safety and environmental protocols.
